I am a Canadian artist based in Nova Scotia, working primarily in photography and mixed media.

Growing up in a creative environment, my family—particularly my grandmother, who was also an artist—played an important role nurturing my creativity.

My work is inspired by the landscapes and lived environments of Canada’s East Coast, with a focus on places shaped by time, history, and culture. I am drawn to the structure and symmetry found in architecture, as well as to the imperfections and irregularities that give these places their character.

Using photography as a starting point, I rework and reconfigure familiar scenes, creating images that feel both recognizable and transformed. Through colour, texture, and layered elements, I explore the relationship between past and present, reflecting memory and change within everyday surroundings. Transformation remains central to my practice.
